The Website offers fine art photographic prints and digital products, such as courses and guides. All products are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Orders and Payments

Payments are processed through third-party providers, including PayPal, Grow Payments, and Max. By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate.

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

4. Pricing and Taxes

  • All prices are displayed on the Website and may change at any time without prior notice.

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and presented during the checkout process.

  • Taxes and Customs: Prices displayed on the Website do not include local taxes, VAT, import duties, or customs fees that may be applied by your country of residence. All such additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an order.

5. Shipping

We ship both within Israel and internationally. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on production, destination, and external factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties, including shipping carriers or customs.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Physical Products (Prints): Since our photographic prints are custom-made and produced on demand specifically for your order, all sales are final. In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law regarding goods manufactured specifically for the consumer, returns or cancellations are not accepted for "change of mind."

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us at mail@michal-luzzatto.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • Digital Products: All digital product sales (courses, guides) are final and non-refundable once access or download has been initiated, unless required by law.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including images, text, and design, is the exclusive property of Michal Luzzatto Photography. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use images for any purpose without prior written permission. Purchasing a print does not grant any copyright or usage rights to the image itself.

 

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
